FAQs
The ones practitioners actually ask us, answered the way we’d answer them in your clinic.
How do I clean it between clients?
Unzip the silicone cover and wash it; wipe the board down between sessions. It's built for shared floors — even inflation happens with the pump, not someone's mouth.
Can I change the firmness in the middle of a class?
Not practically — filling is deliberate, more like setting up a station than adjusting a machine. One-on-one, you dial it over weeks. For a group, run a few boards at different fills, exactly like a dumbbell rack: everyone works the same station at their own level.
What's the actual weight limit?
600-plus pounds. The welded internal columns are the patented part of the construction — they're the difference between a training surface and a pool toy.
Will insurance cover it?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Balance training is a billable service; the equipment isn't reimbursable. A clinic buys this the way it buys anything else on the floor — once, and it works across the whole schedule.
Do you have clinical data on the board?
Not yet — it's pre-launch, with no published protocol or practitioner study on this specific board. What we will say: the stability demand moves through a continuous, chartable range, it's rated to 600 lb, and it holds U.S. Patent 12,246,212. What we won't say: that it prevents falls, shortens recovery, or improves anyone's balance by some percentage — or that the sequences we show are protocols rather than shapes drawn from Karen's own coaching notes, open to your correction. If you'd like to pressure-test it yourself, that's exactly why we run free demo sessions.
