The balance trainer that progresses with you.

BALEROboard® is an adjustable, air-filled balance trainer designed to change as you progress.

Adjust the air. Change the fill. Change the direction. Small adjustments can create a noticeably different challenge beneath your feet — giving you one board with infinite possibilities to progress.

Less air. More challenge.

The simplest way to progress the BALEROboard® is also the easiest to feel.

Start fully inflated for greater stability. When you’re ready for more challenge, press the spring valve to release air. Each second releases approximately 25% of the air, creating a noticeable change beneath your feet.

  1. 100% Inflated

    Stable Starting Point

Fully inflated, the board provides the greatest stability and least movement.

A great place to start when you’re building confidence or learning a new movement.

  2. 75% Inflated

    1-Second Release

Release the spring valve for approximately 1 second from full inflation.

The board begins to move more beneath you, adding challenge while maintaining support.

  3. 50% Inflated

    2-Second Release

Release for approximately 2 seconds from full inflation.

With less air, the board becomes increasingly responsive to shifts in weight and movement.

  4. 25% Inflated

    3-Second Release

Release for approximately 3 seconds from full inflation.

Less air creates greater instability, requiring more control and making familiar movements more challenging.

Inflation percentages are approximate. Use the one-second releases as a simple guide, then adjust by sight and feel to find the challenge that’s right for you.

A little less air can create a whole new challenge.

You don’t have to move to a different balance tool when you’re ready to progress. Release a little air and the BALEROboard progresses with you.

Start where you are. Progress from there.

Whether your goal is to Restore, Perform, or Preserve, BALEROboard® can meet you where you are today — and continue to challenge you as you improve.

Start where you are.

Fully inflated, BALEROboard provides greater stability and less movement beneath your feet. You might be restoring stability after an injury, preserving confidence for everyday movement, or simply learning a new exercise.

Start seated. Add support. Stand with both feet. Your starting point depends on your goal.

Progress from there.

When you’re ready for more challenge, release air and the board becomes increasingly responsive beneath you. You might be progressing toward greater confidence and control — or pushing performance with single-leg work, squats, hinges, presses, added load, or reduced support.

As you progress, the BALEROboard progresses with you.

Restore. Perform. Preserve. Different goals. One board that progresses with you.

Adjust the air. Change the fill. Change the direction. Then combine those adjustments with the movements and challenges that fit your goal.

One board. Infinite possibilities to progress.

Change the fill. Change the challenge.

What you put inside the BALEROboard® changes how it responds. Train with air for a lighter, more reactive surface. Add water and the movement becomes slower, heavier, and more dynamic.

Add water for stability.

Adding water before inflating gives the board more weight and creates a slower, more grounded feel beneath your feet.

Combined with air, it provides another way to adjust how the board responds — whether you’re building confidence, developing control, or simply looking for a different challenge.

Use water as resistance.

Fill the BALEROboard with water, grab the handles, and take it off the floor. Carry it. Press it. Row it. Squat with it.

The water shifts as you move, creating a dynamic load that requires you to continually stabilize and respond throughout the movement.

Air changes the challenge beneath you. Water changes the challenge with you.

Different fill. Different feel. More possibilities to progress.

Adjust the air. Change the fill. Change the direction.

Rotate the direction. Change the challenge.

BALEROboard® has a wide side and a narrow side. Rotate the board 90 degrees and you change how your body interacts with the internal flow-through chambers — creating another way to adjust the challenge.

Render of the internal bladder viewed from above, showing the flow-through chambers running across the width of the board
The chambers run across the width — which is why turning the board changes what your foot sits on.

Wide side

More room. More challenge for single-leg work.

The wide side includes two foot-placement markers for two-legged movements. But during single-leg exercises, your foot is positioned in line with the flow-through chambers, allowing more movement beneath you and requiring greater control.

Narrow side

Rotate 90°. Increase stability.

Turn the board to the narrow side and your foot is positioned perpendicular to the flow-through chambers. This reduces the movement beneath you, creating a more stable platform for single-leg exercises.

Same exercise. Same board. Different challenge.

Direction gives you another simple way to meet yourself where you are and progress when you’re ready.

Overbuilt on purpose.

BALEROboard® was built to progress with you — which means it has to handle everything from a first careful step to loaded performance training, day after day.

600+ lb capacity
The patented internal TPU construction is built to withstand more than 600 pounds — giving you the freedom to progress from bodyweight balance work to movements with added load. Built for Restore. Perform. Preserve.
Removable, washable cover
The anti-slip silicone cover provides grip underfoot and zips off for easy cleaning. Wipe it down between uses, or remove the cover when it needs a deeper clean.
Foot placement guides
Built-in foot markers create a clear reference point for positioning and repeatability. Same stance. Same position. Then adjust from there.
Deflates flat
When you need to take it with you, let the air out. BALEROboard deflates for easier storage and transport — then inflates again when you're ready to train.

Built to adapt. Built to last. Built to progress with you.

Fixed tools have their place. BALEROboard gives you room to progress.

Foam pads, wobble boards, and domes each create a different balance challenge. But the challenge built into the tool is largely fixed.

BALEROboard® was designed differently. Adjust the air. Change the fill. Rotate the direction. One tool can create a wide range of challenges — and change as your balance, movement, and goals change.

The stability ball deserves its credit here. It’s the one genuinely versatile thing on that list — and it’s also the one that rolls away when you let go, owns its floor space permanently, and can’t be loaded or packed.

Traditional balance tools are fixed. BALEROboard adjusts as you progress.

Whether you’re training to Restore, Perform, or Preserve, BALEROboard gives you the ability to adjust the challenge without automatically having to change the tool.
